Life Lately...

I love Sloths. It's true..I really do. So it makes sense that I fell in love with Laura Berger's sloth illustrations..may have to treat myself to one for V-day. My little sloth painting will love me back. How silly is this Valentines day card by her also...hehe.

No, I haven't completely abandoned the blog...although I contemplated. With being in two weeks of lettering training at work among other things, I've been feeling a bit lost. But I'll be back soon, no worries :)

Little Owl's Night

My work friend Leslie and I were looking up children's books with nice design and illustration for her (better late than never) Christmas gifts for her nephew. She found Little Owl's Night by: Divya Srinivasan, and as I looked further I found this trailer for the book..sweetness.

Back to work...

Going back to work yesterday was near impossible after a ever so relaxing week off. I want to sleep in, eat a late breakfast, catch up on my favorite shows, lunch with friends, christmas shop, drink hot chocolate, afternoon nap it and go out for drinks with some of my favorite people. Le sigh..back to the grind.
