Blue Cheese, apple, and walnuts...what a heavenly combo

I found this recipe for blue cheese, apple and walnut salad with a tasty dressing of maple syrup, dijon mustard and olive oil. While searching through the other recipes on this site I also found a tortilla pizza recipe with the same ingredients..oh my! If you've never tried you need to make a tortilla pizza it's super easy, just drizzle a little olive oil, add your favorite toppings, bake and voila! You have a delicious crispy thin crust personal pizza.

Life Lately...

The latest addition to our family, little Zoey. Watching the Mayors Christmas Tree go up from my office window, Middy not wanting to move from our house. Alas, the new apartment where she is adjusting just fine. My mom when we went thrifting for new furniture, look at the adorable purse she found, and the fun wooden bear statues that we passed up.
