Gemma Correll
I love Gemma Correll's quirky illustrations. It may also be that I'm a cat lover but her little sketches of funny cats and girls with silly expressions are so fun loving.

So sorry for the lack of posts the past two weeks. After some horrible stomach pain I learned my appendix had to be removed. What a useless organ! But I'm back in action. Funny how unexpected situations like that can come out of nowhere and you have no control. Certainly makes me want to live in the now and make sure this summer is filled with fun and joy!

Light and Tasty
This Asian slaw salad recipe kind of matches my post of pretty palette today but maybe that's why it looks so good, because it's colorful!! I mean seriously, how freakin good does this look for a hot summer day?

I was first drawn to Kris Atomics fashion illustrations, I adore the round faces of these cuties. But have to say my all-time fav is definitely the "Living with Chronic Bitchface" which I can sooo relate to.
